What counts as a workspace?

Your studio or team — one account holding all your projects, clients, vendors, library and templates. Most companies need exactly one.

Do client and crew seats really cost nothing?

Really. Anyone who only uses a portal — clients approving documents, freelancers checking call times — is free and unlimited. You pay for the workspace, not the people you invite to it.

When does billing start?

Not yet. We're in early access, so workspaces are free and there is nowhere to enter a card even if you wanted to. When billing does switch on you'll be told well before anything is charged, and everything you've made stays yours in the meantime.

Can we bring our existing projects in?

Yes — start from templates and intake forms, or save any project as a template and rebuild your usual shapes in an afternoon.

Is our data ours?

Always. Export your projects and budgets any time; delete your workspace and it's gone from our side too.
